Mission
The Project Manager ensures the operational coordination of Scheme Owner portal management and monitoring activities, guaranteeing alignment between internal systems and external platforms, as well as compliance with timelines and requirements defined by the scheme owners. The role involves constant functional interaction with an international pool of operators dedicated to data entry and monitoring, ensuring consistency, data quality, and operational alignment in processes related to Decarbonization & Food schemes Key Accountabilities
1. Operational coordination of activities
- Coordinate and orchestrate operational activities,
including:
- data entry in scheme owner portals
- updating files and documentation
- monitoring certification progress status
- Ensure consistent execution of activities among the different parties involved
2. Interaction with the operational pool
- Interact on a daily basis with the pool of operators dedicated to data entry and monitoring, including at international level
- Provide operational guidance, priorities, and clarifications according to process needs
- Ensure proper information flow among operators, internal systems, and external portals
- Verify the consistency of activities performed against defined standards
3. Planning and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with milestones and timelines defined by scheme owners
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs related to portal activities
