The Booking, Logistics & Operations Planning Specialist (AI-Driven) is responsible for planning and coordinating the entire operational workflow behind our bike rental and tour activities.
The role combines operational planning, logistics coordination, fleet allocation, and customer booking management with a strong focus on process improvement through Artificial Intelligence. Working closely with the Head of BLOP, the Specialist will play a key role in operating, designing, testing, and continuously improving AI-powered operational workflows that support daily decision-making, automate repetitive activities, and increase operational efficiency. Rather than simply using AI tools, the successful candidate will contribute to shaping how AI becomes an integral part of our operational processes, helping transform operational knowledge into scalable digital workflows.
