Job Overview Electric Drive System (PEDS) is a Team dedicated to the development of electric propulsion systems for Hybrid and BEV. The Family Manager (Program Manager) is accountable for the overall Sub-System Level Program Management of the PEDS including leadership of Program Macro Timing, Budget control, TKO planning, TPC target, Change Management, Bulletin management and Program reporting. The FM leads the cross-functional Sub System Product Team to ensure that all deliverables and targets defined in the approved initiative are met throughout the product development lifecycle — including Timing, Cost, Performance, TPC, Quality, etc. — in alignment with EDS team objectives. The FM reports hierarchically to Global Chief Engineer and functionally to Family Manager Lead. Responsibilities
