Under general supervision, the associate utilizes practical knowledge to assist with special projects, initiatives, and operational improvements across departments. This role works in collaboration with plant and staff leadership to support site operations in meeting schedules. The associate acts as a point of contact for stakeholders and project partners, managing schedule coordination, document management, and communication. Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Requires basic knowledge of job procedures or relies on limited experience. **Key responsibilities**: - Actively participates in small cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing operations changes or improvements including katas, kaizens, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency;
- Seeks to provide input to and coordinate various support functions in conjunction with operational improvement projects,
- Encourages a safety-first culture by following safety procedures, supporting walkdowns, and conducting pre-task briefing reviews;
- Supports and helps maintain status of Capital Expense (CapEx) projects for the Shoreview site as well as communicate updates to the CapEx corporate and finance teams;
- Provides manufacturing operations tactical support, leading to multiple efforts in various areas of day-to-day operations in the plant;
- Executes tasks efficiently and with mínimal direction.
Incorporates best practices that can be applied to improve work tasks and processes;
- Coordinates efforts effectively with team members, supervisors, and other involved groups to ensure priorities are understood by the team;
- Efficiently handles routine and occasionally challenging issues, managing requests from different departments, and responding to those requests in a timely manner, liaising with both internal and external team members and vendors;
- Prepares and reviews routine, special project, and monthly reports on budget, charges, and utilization for accurate, timely data management;
- Leads front desk security check-ins tasks and conveys process updates to other support individuals. **Qualifications**: - High School Diploma;
