**Position Type** Non-Management W Florence is looking for a motivated and passionate Concierge to join our Welcome Team! As a Concierge, you will be much more than just a point of reference: you will be the face of Florentine hospitality, using professionalism, creativity, and passion to transform every request into a unique and memorable experience, helping guests discover the very best of Florence and of W Florence. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with professionalism, building a relationship of trust from the very first contact;
- Provide detailed and up-to-date information about Florence, including cultural and artistic attractions, the best restaurants, exclusive events, and boutiques;
- Handle personalized requests, from restaurant reservations and private tours to organizing transfers and special services, anticipating guests’ needs;
- Collaborate with different hotel departments and external partners to ensure complete guest satisfaction;
- Recommend authentic and unique experiences aligned with the innovative lifestyle of W Florence;
- Support guests throughout their stay, promptly resolving any issues with courtesy and professionalism,
always ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. **Requirements**: - Previous experience as a Concierge or within the hospitality industry;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team;
- Languages: fluent Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
- Passion for customer service and strong attention to detail.
