Account Coordinator - Agrate, Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Account Coordinator to join our finance team in Agrate and contribute to the financial accuracy and operational excellence of our Italian entities.
This position can be hybrid or office-based, offering flexibility while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration.
Role Overview
As an Account Coordinator, you will support essential accounting and treasury activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective cash management. You will work closely with the Accounting Manager Italy and collaborate with various departments to improve processes and maintain strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general accounting tasks and maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support vendor invoice activities
- Monitor daily cash positions across bank accounts
- Manage cash concentration, pooling, and liquidity forecasting
- Post payments, record cash collections,
and reconcile bank accounts
- Support VAT compliance and ensure adherence to Italian GAAP and internal accounting policies Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, ideally within professional or tax consulting environments
- Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP and VAT regulations
- Fluent Italian and strong English language skills (must-have)
- Advanced Excel skills and solid proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Preferred Qualifications
