**Travel**: 80% **The Job’s Mission** At Stryker, we’re looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our Joint Replacement division, supporting both traditional and robotic-assisted (Mako) procedures. This is a hands-on, field-based clinical role where you will work directly in the operating room, supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver best-in-class outcomes. You will play a key role in ensuring procedural excellence, driving adoption of advanced technologies, and supporting the growth of our business in Southern Italy, with a strong focus on Sicily. **Joint Replacement Portfolio**:
**What You Will Do**
- Provide **on-site clinical support in the operating room** during joint replacement procedures (manual and Mako robotic-assisted)




- Deliver **product training** to surgeons, theatre staff, and broader healthcare professionals
- Support and grow relationships with **existing and new customers**, ensuring a high level of service
- Partner closely with the **sales team and Regional Sales Manager** to execute local strategy
- Manage **consignment stock and theatre inventory**, ensuring accurate tracking and availability
- Lead and support **product evaluations, trials, and clinical events**
- Organize and deliver **training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations**- Monitor customer needs and collaborate with sales to identify **new business opportunities**
- Maintain a structured approach to your territory through **daily, weekly, and monthly planning** **Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical, or technical field
- At least **4+ years of experience in healthcare**
- **Experience in orthopaedics**
- Fluent Italian (C2) and strong English (minimum B2)
- Willingness to travel extensively, including frequent flights **Preferred Experience**
- Experience with **orthopaedic implants or joint replacement**
- Previous exposure to **operating room dynamics**
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., tenders)
