Job Description Your ResponsibilitiesThe Solution Consultant acts as a bridge between Smart clips technology and its clients, helping translate business needs into technical solutions. The (Senior) Solution Consultant will work with our european team of consultants and is, in particular, managing on our Italian assets. The role assists within the initial onboarding phase, as well as permanently supporting the client after going live. In addition, new product rollouts are to be supported.
- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Be the technical expert across our platform, our products (i.e. ATV), our integrations, and emerging fields such as header bidding or SSAI/SSAS
- Act as the 2nd line between key partnerships management and technical departments, such as Ad-Technology, Platform Support and Smart clip product teams in regard to initial setups, new products/requirements or day-to-day operational tasks
