What You'll Do
- Support Italian‐speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot service and technical issues (full training provided)
- Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience
- Collaborate with a young, multicultural, and supportive team
What We're Looking For
- Italian at C2 level
- Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
- Positive attitude, curiosity,
and motivation to grow
- No previous experience needed (full training provided)
- Must reside in Portugal or be ready to relocate to Lisbon
