About The Role

Based at Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina,



the Food & Beverage Manager plays a key role in the successful pre-opening and ongoing operation of the resort's Food & Beverage division. The Food & Beverage Manager supports the leadership and day-to-day management of all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence and strong financial performance across the resort's restaurants, bars, in-room dining and events operations.

During the pre-opening phase, the role will contribute to the establishment of all Food & Beverage operations, recruitment and development of the team, implementation of Mandarin Oriental service standards and procedures, and the overall operational readiness of the division for a successful resort opening.

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
