Kintec Global Recruitment seeks a Hybrid Cost Engineer/Estimator to support Aramco project cost management in a demanding, multi-disciplinary environment. You will develop CAPEX plans, review engineering scopes, prepare budgets, track variances, and administer change orders using SAP, EPM, Power BI, and Aramco workflows.
Strong English skills and Saudi Aramco project experience are essential, with Mega Capital Projects experience preferred.
