Who we are looking for:

Vacancy: 3X Independent working cook I – Kota Radja B.V. (Dokkum)

Kota Radja B.V. is a well-known and atmospheric Chinese wok restaurant in Dokkum that has been a household name in the region for nearly 40 years. Guests enjoy an extensive range of authentic Asian dishes, including Chinese specialties, wok dishes, teppanyaki, dim sum, sushi, and various buffets. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for 3X Independent working cook I

Responsibilities

- ingredients are prepared independently

- application of basic cooking techniques

- provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods

- responsible for inventory and order management

- technical supervision of assistant(s)

Job requirements

- MBO 3 working and thinking level

- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

We offer

A competitive salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on experience (in accordance with the Hospitality CLA, Job Group V)

Periodic salary increases in accordance with the Hospitality CLA

Travel allowance (if applicable)
