Barrington James is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support Phase II–IV solid tumour oncology trials across Northern Italy, with a hybrid/home-based working arrangement. The role emphasizes site management, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of independent CRA monitoring experience, fluent Italian and English, and strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and European trial regulations.
