The Manager – Wiring Harness Design & Electronic Hardware leads a team responsible for the design, development and integration of vehicle wiring harness systems and lifecycle management of harnesses and electronic hardware components (ECUs, sensors, and actuators) for combine harvesters.
This role ensures robust engineering solutions aligned with product requirements, quality standards, and platform strategies while coordinating work across multiple geographies (India, US, Brazil, Italy).
Your Impact
Lead a distributed global team across multiple regions, driving alignment, capability development, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Own the design, integration, and delivery of wiring harnesses and electrical systems and components, ensuring high-quality deliverables, validation, documentation,
and adherence to program milestones.
Define and execute electrical engineering roadmaps, contribute to system architecture and technology decisions, and drive platform harmonization, modularization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, validation, manufacturing, and product management teams to ensure seamless integration and resolution of complex technical issues.
Serve as the primary technical interface for internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, while driving governance, risk management, status reporting, and mitigation planning.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
