Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is seeking a Tax Counsel for its Rome office, with a particular focus on Tax M&A; and Real Estate.

Role and activities

Tax M&A; and Real estate
Tax advice at national and international level
Ordinary and extraordinary consultancy
Compliance activities
Corporate Consulting
Tax litigation.

What we look for

8 to 10 years’ professional experience,



gained in established firms
A degree in economics, preferably with a specialisation in private practice
Excellent command of English
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
