Senior .NET Developer
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with at least 5 years of strong experience in .NET to contribute to the evolution of our products, enhance team productivity, and support the coordination of junior resources.
Work place: Rome
We offer: Permanent employment contract with a gross annual salary ranging from €42,000 to €50,000.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop web applications based on distributed architectures and microservices
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective, sustainable technical solutions
- Participate in architectural decision-making, contributing to the overall quality of the codebase
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and autonomy
- Work within cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years on a C# / .NET Core / .NET 6+ stack
- In-depth knowledge of ASP.NET Core, REST Web APIs, and Entity Framework Core
- Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, ArangoDB, Neo4J)
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Hands-on experience in DevOps contexts: containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong proficiency in Git and code review processes
- Knowledge of architectural patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture
- Experience in the technical coordination of other developers
- A proactive mindset in understanding business needs and proposing high-value solutions
Nice to have
- Knowledge of React for frontend development
- Experience with Python and leading AI-oriented libraries
