About The Role
We are looking for an
experienced, passionate and critical-thinking Production Team Lead to lead the production team who delivers our portfolio of live experiences in the Italian market as well as taking ownership on some top priority projects.
This person will oversee all aspects of production conducted in the region, ensuring that high-quality experiences are delivered across the board.

The ideal candidate will show a talent for
leadership and teamwork, flexibility, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, a close attention to detail, and meet deadlines while staying within budgets in challenging conditions
