Responsabilità
- Supportare la preparazione e il servizio secondo gli standard qualitativi della struttura
- Collaborare con lo Chef nelle attività quotidiane
- Garantire qualità, ordine, igiene e corretta conservazione degli alimenti
- Mantenere pulizia e corretta gestione delle attrezzature
- Collaborare con il team per garantire un servizio efficiente e tempestivo

Requisiti




- Esperienza pregressa come Commis Chef o Demi Chef de Partie
- Passione per la cucina e attenzione alla qualità
- Capacità di lavorare in squadra e sotto pressione
- Precisione, organizzazione e flessibilità
- Conoscenza delle norme HACCP e delle procedure di sicurezza
- Preferibile esperienza in hotel o strutture di lusso
- Autorizzazione a lavorare in Italia/UE
