Qonto is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer for our AI Product team in Milan. You will build and ship customer-facing AI products for hundreds of thousands of business customers, blending Generative AI with proven ML techniques to drive measurable impact while ensuring reliability and privacy.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Backend Engineers to embed ML into Qonto's financial services stack, scale ML Infrastructure, and mentor peers across the team.
