DWS - Marketing Manager (Public Distribution)
You will lead regional marketing for Xtrackers in the EMEA South, driving ETF/ETC brand positioning and investor growth. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Compliance to optimize go-to-market timing and campaigns across digital channels. You'll measure performance with data-driven insights and adapt strategies to regional needs. This role blends strategic planning, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration to help Xtrackers grow in a competitive market.

- Manage regional digital channels and develop targeted campaigns
- Negotiate and coordinate content with education platforms and campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and AUM trends on regional channels
- Oversee regional Xtrackers.com websites and ensure compliance and data protection
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Research, Compliance, Marketing,
and external providers
- Coordinate content with country-specific compliance teams
- Support ad-hoc content creation and data-driven optimizations
- 5+ years of financial marketing experience in asset management or digital distribution
- Deep knowledge of indexing, ETF products, and passive investing
- Understanding of asset management across asset classes and channels
- Ability to write compelling financial content for different audiences and regulatory contexts
- Experience in developing ETF/ETC marketing strategies and understanding distribution channels
- Strong digital affinity and data analysis skills
- Open-minded, customer-oriented, effective cross-cultural communication
- Fluency in Italian and English; German a plus
