We build an AI-powered solution that helps field sales and service teams turn conversations into structured data efficiently. This enables customer information to be documented, analyzed, and seamlessly integrated into existing systems. Following our successful growth in the DACH region, and with a presence in 30+ countries already, we're now taking the next step: International expansion. For Italy, a market with huge untapped potential, we're looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual to be our first person on the ground, building the market from scratch with the backing of a proven, fast-growing company.
Build the Market from Scratch: As the first VoiceLine team member in Italy, you'll own the entire market entry: From initial customer outreach to establishing a local presence. You'll shape go-to-market strategy, positioning,
and priorities together with the leadership team in Munich.
Own the Full Sales Cycle: You'll take full ownership of the pipeline: From deal sourcing through qualification, negotiation, and closing. You'll be supported by our central Sales & Revenue Operations team, who will provide you with a solid data foundation, tooling, and processes for efficient pipeline management.
Report Directly to Leadership: You'll report directly to our CEO and Head of Sales, with regular check-ins on progress, learnings, and roadblocks as you build the market.
Build a Local Presence and Network: You'll be consistently present on the ground, building a strong network with decision-makers in the SME and enterprise sectors and representing VoiceLine at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings, establishing the company as an integral part of modern sales organizations and building visibilit
