All Interests Aligned seeks a seasoned general manager to lead its MBI program in Italy, acquiring and operating a family-owned SME facing succession challenges. You will become CEO-owner with investor backing, guiding origination, deal closing, transition, and ongoing operation.
Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in general management with full P&L; accountability and 10–15 years post-undergraduate experience. Fluency in the local language and a strong regional network are essential.
