About The Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Finance Director, EMEA, this role leads the EMEA Costing function and Supply Chain FP&A; activities. You will act as a strategic financial partner to Supply Chain leadership, providing business insights, financial analysis, forecasting expertise, and decision support for key regional initiatives. You will also champion financial controls, drive continuous improvement,
and develop a multi-country team of finance professionals.
About The Team/Department
The EMEA Supply Chain Finance team partners closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Innovation, and Commercial teams to optimize cost structures, improve financial performance, and support strategic growth initiatives across the region. The team operates in a dynamic, collaborative environment and plays a critical role in driving fact-based decision making and operational excellence. Based on the current structure, the role leads a team of 11 finance professionals across multiple countries.
