Purpose and main priorities of the role:
The Production Manager for Coating is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and high‑quality execution of production activities within the department. The role ensures alignment with production plans, guarantees compliance with quality and safety standards, and drives continuous improvement across processes, people, and performance indicators.
The position reports to the Plant Director and manages the production workforce within the assigned area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- You will coordinate production activities in alignment with production plan, managing any deviations in collaboration with Planning.
- You will work closely with the Plant Director to identify and implement operational improvements and corrective actions.
- You will collaborate continuously with Technical Management, Planning, and Maintenance functions to ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- You will manage the human resources assigned to production, with a strong focus on motivation, engagement, and professional development.
- You will support approval process for production‑related purchase requests in line with operational needs.
