We Could Use Someone Like You in Our Crew.

ModSquad has partnered with a growing company in the cosmetic dental industry that offers convenient, at-home solutions designed to help customers feel more confident about their smiles.

As part of this project, you will provide inbound/outbound phone, ticket, and chat support and play an important role in creating a warm, helpful first experience for new customers.

Project Hours
- 2:00 AM - 4:00 PM PT
- Saturday availability is required.
- Please note: Hours are subject to change based on project needs.

Project Commitment
- Self-schedule a minimum of 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do
- Walk customers through what to expect when their product arrives
- Clearly explain how to use the product and guide customers through the next steps
- Answer basic questions about the product and process
- Help reduce confusion or hesitation and ensure customers feel comfortable moving forward
- Explain key product benefits in a clear and approachable way
- Create a friendly, confident, and reassuring first impression




- Accurately document call outcomes and flag any issues or concerns for follow-up
- Follow up on unsuccessful call attempts and reconnect with customers as needed
- Provide support through phone, tickets, and chat

What We're Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2)
- Confident and empathetic phone presence
- Ability to explain processes clearly and simply to first-time users
- Customer-focused approach with a supportive and reassuring tone
- Reliable and able to commit to a consistent schedule
- Previous outbound calling or call center experience is a plus
- Experience using CRM or call management systems
- Comfortable handling upset or frustrated customers professionally
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer interactions

Workspace Requirements
- A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or macOS Tahoe
- A stable broadband internet connection with a minimum dow
