Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina is preparing for a luxury alpine opening. The Staff House Manager will lead pre-opening and ongoing management of all staff housing, reporting to the Director of People & Culture, and ensuring safe, comfortable living environments for colleagues.

The role covers planning, setup, allocation, safeguards, and continuous improvement of accommodation, with responsibilities spanning pre-opening activities and daily operations across owned and leased facilities.
