Lead the construction and Industrial services scope execution and coordinate contribution ofall stakeholders (from project brief until agreed sustained performance is achieved) bymanaging a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investmentsrelating to the company's fixed assets. This could involve the relocation and optimising of theexisting fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It must extend from theinitial conceptual studies through to project closeout.Responsible for ensuring smooth start-up of all industrial services to ensure optimalgeneration and distribution of utilities for the factory operation. i.e. electricity, steam,refrigeration, water and eluent treatment, hygienic air handling and compressed air.Responsible for delivering New/extension/modification of Buildings in compliance with localregulation and people safety and hygienic standard.DutiesOrganize project execution and manage budget.Manage third parties such as General contractor, technical client, system integrator according to regulation, standards and norms.Proper management of project documentation (Technical instruction/ SOP...)
