We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects in 7 different European Countries, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced MEP Lead to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Mechanical and Electrical EngineersProposing suitable changes to design to improve cost efficiency, ease construction programme, and to enhance specification and quality completionDisplay commercial astutenessMonitor construction, regarding quality of workmanship and materialsCoordinate and liaise with contracts manager,
site engineers and other discipline leads to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate informationCheck and ensure understanding of drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors/omissions are formally communicated to the design team in a timely mannerEstablish project resource requirements and lead and motivate the project teamOversee highest quality of health and safetyRequirementsBachelors' degree in Engineering or relevant areaStrong knowledge of procurementExperience in scheduling, programming, and sequencingExperience in effectively leading MEP teams is essentialExperience in the delivery in Data Center MEP projectsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWinthrop Technologies is an equal opportunities employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
