Title: Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

- Plan resources on all phases of the projects.
- Develop operational activities required for the discharging of the services for Design Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Contract Management, Change Management, Value Engineering, Risk Management, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Project Control, Document Control, Works Supervision and H&SE; Coordination.
- Manage relationships with specific project stakeholders.
- Participate in inspections on the construction sites.
- Attend meetings with public entities, and/or other stakeholders of the project.
- Prepare all necessary reports and Project Management documents.

Key requirements:

- High proficiency with MS Office, Autodesk AutoCAD
- Basic BIM knowledge
- PMP certified (preferably)




- Ability to develop trust and communication among project stakeholders
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications: Master of Science in Engineering or Architecture. Min. 12 years of experience in building projects related to offices, healthcare, public buildings, hospitality and industrial.
