IMA LIFE is the division specialized in the design and manufacture of machines and complete lines for the processing of liquids and powders in aseptic environments.

Location: Castel San Pietro Terme (BO) The Role

The Role

- Allocate resources to the activities planned in the overall production plan using Microsoft Project.
- Manage requests coming from the Service department and internal projects, continuously reviewing assignments in response to changing delivery priorities.
- Monitor workload and resource utilization through Power BI tools.
- Create and periodically update assembly layouts according to the production orders in progress.

Experience & Skills

- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role,



preferably gained in companies manufacturing automation systems or industrial packaging equipment.
- Ability to plan and allocate resources across complex projects.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project, good knowledge of Power BI, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Advanced technical diploma or degree in Management Engineering.
- Intermediate knowledge of the English language.

What Will Set You Apart

- Knowledge of SAP and AutoCAD LT.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, combined with a collaborative approach and the ability to manage relationships and priorities effectively.

Descrizione breve

The starting gross annual salary is €34,000, which represents the minimum base salary, under the Italian Metalworking Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria), with the possibility of increases based on the candidate’s experience and skills, in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
