Wok De Mallejan (Dazhong B.V.) is one of the largest and most versatile restaurants in the Netherlands. Our spacious all-you-can-eat restaurant in Maarssen offers an extensive world cuisine featuring wok dishes, sushi, grill, Chinese fondue, Asian specialties, and international dishes. To strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for 4X Independent working cook I

What will you be doing?

- preparing ingredients yourself

- applying basic cooking techniques

- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods

- responsible for inventory and order management

- technically supervising assistant(s).

Who are we looking for?

- MBO 3 working and thinking level

- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

What do we offer?

A competitive salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
