ppTheb Group Strategy unit /b supports the definition, update, and execution of the Group's strategic directions, ensuring alignment across the Group and supporting top management and Board decision-making by: /p ul liDefining and updating the Group strategic plan and strategy blueprint, reflecting financial, macroeconomic, and competitive developments. /li liAnalyzing sector trends and business opportunities, also through the construction of proprietary internal assets, to identify strategic priorities and key enablers. /li liConducting strategy and portfolio reviews to balance profitability, growth, and sustainability. /li liDriving strategic alignment across the Group, acting as a partner to Insurance and Asset Management leadership. /li liCommunicating the Group strategy internally and externally with Investor Relations, Group Communication, and HR. /li liAssessing strategic inorganic opportunities, including MA, partnerships, and joint ventures. /li /ul pThe position requires: /p ul liTake end-to-end ownership of complex strategic workstreams, from problem framing to executive-ready delivery. /li liOperate with structured autonomy, translating ambiguity into clear analytical frameworks and recommendations. /li liBuild reusable tools, frameworks, and knowledge assets that strengthen the team’s strategic intelligence over time. /li liWork effectively across Finance, Investor Relations, local strategy leaders, and Group functions, ensuring alignment and quality under demanding timelines. /li liUse AI and emerging technologies proactively to improve analytical depth, speed, and team effectiveness. /li liCommunicate with clarity and confidence across seniority levels, from technical discussions to Board- and investor-level synthesis. /li /ul pKey Responsibilities of the role will include: /p ul liContribute to and own specific workstreams within the annual strategy planning process, from initial framing to final documentation. /li liDevelop benchmarking, scenario, and ad-hoc analyses on strategically relevant topics, leveraging external data sources and proprietary Group assets. /li liPerform periodic strategic reviews and assessments of existing Business Units' strategies and market positioning.Own the preparation of Board-level and investor-facing strategy materials, including Strategy Day, Investor Day, and quarterly Board updates. /li liLead the industrial KPI monitoring cycle: track delivery of plan commitments, synthesize findings, and brief senior stakeholders on progress. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:



/p ul liMSc or equivalent academic background, ideally in economics, finance, engineering, management, or related disciplines. /li liMinimum 5-7 years’ experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance, or related areas. /li liStructured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis, with the ability to break down complex strategic topics into clear workplans, analyses, and recommendations. /li liStrong quantitative and financial modelling skills, including scenario analysis, KPI frameworks, value driver trees, benchmarking, and business case development. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar tools considered a plus. /li liSolid understanding of insurance and financial services business models, market dynamics and profitability drivers /li liAbility to prepare clear, well-structured executive materials for senior management, Board, and investor-facing contexts. /li liPractical familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity solutions in analytical workflows. /li liAnalytical rigor and attention to detail, with the ability to ensure consistency, accuracy, and output reliability under tight deadlines. /li liStrategic judgement, with the ability to distinguish signals from noise, translating analysis into implications for decision-makers. /li liOrganizational discipline, to manage multiple priorities and coordinate complex deliverables across stakeholders. /li liIntellectual curiosity and sustained interest in macroeconomic, competitive, regulatory, and industry dynamics. /li liEffective collaboration in cross-functional and multicultural environments, with the ability to build trust and engage constructively across the Group /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer employment at the Manager level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement. /p pGross annual salary ranging between 56.000,00€ and 71.000,00€. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role,
