ppTo support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiasticbProduct Development Engineer /bwho will be part of our Engineering Unit, contributing to the development of avionics systems and satellite platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, procurement, and sales, to deliver high-quality, reliable, and innovative space solutions. /p pWe foster a collaborative environment where every Argonaut can contribute with their ideas and expertise, create meaningful value together, and transform feedback and mistakes into opportunities for learning and innovation - growing both professionally and personally, as individuals and as a team. /p h3DUTIES /h3 pAs abProduct Development Engineer /b,working closely with the Product Management Department, you will be responsible for executing the product vision, strategy and roadmap for space projects, ensuring they are aligned with customer needs and company goals. /p pThe activities will include (but are not limited to): /p ul liLead the design and development of new products from concept to production; /li liCollaborate with Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Testing teams to ensure product feasibility and performance; /li liMaintain and update detailed technical documentation, including CAD models, drawings, specifications, and test reports; /li liSupport prototype development and validation through testing, analysis, and iterative improvements; /li liDrive design reviews and risk assessments to ensure product reliability and compliance with applicable regulations; /li liInterface with suppliers and external partners to evaluate components, materials, and manufacturing processes; /li liEnsure product compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ECSS, ISO)



and participate in certification activities; /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing product performance and implementing design enhancements. /li /ul h3GENERAL REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field; /li liAt least 3 years of experience in product design and development, preferably in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing sectors; /li liAnalytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills; /li liExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; /li liProactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset; /li liExcellent written and oral communication in English. /li /ul h3REQUIRED EXPERIENCES SKILLS /h3 ul liProven experience in product design and development; /li liProficiency in CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX, CATIA, SolidWorks) and PLM systems; /li liStrong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical design principles; /li liExperience with testing, validation, and root cause analysis; /li liFamiliarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ECSS, ISO 9001); /li liBasic understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and project management tools (e.g.,
