We’re seeking an energetic Store Manager with an innovative mindset and a passion for crafting exceptional customer experiences.
Your role
Lead the team and represent the Meller brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a unique in-store experience.
Set clear goals, foster a sense of shared ownership, and keep the team focused on results and continuous improvement.
Turn the store into more than just a shop — a space of connection where every visitor experiences the full Meller vibe.
Oversee daily operations, from inventory to visual standards, ensuring smooth store functionality (POS, deliveries, replenishment, maintenance).
Monitor stock levels,
make adjustments as needed, and maintain an organised, attractive store.
Ensure promotions and campaigns are executed flawlessly.
Bring proactive ideas to help the store and brand evolve — your input matters.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role with team management.
Strategic and analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions using KPIs and sales reports.
Passion for fashion and a strong interest in the product.
High level of English, comfortable with international customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales and KPI analysis.
Energetic, growth-oriented attitude; a team player who shares our ambitious vision.
