Silversea is seeking a Pastry Chef responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient and technically excellent pastry production aboard our luxury vessels, while upholding Public Health standards and guest satisfaction.Reporting to the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef, you will supervise Confectioners and Assistant Pastry Chefs, manage menus, train staff, coordinate shows and xlwpduy displays, and ensure compliance with company recipes, quality control, and onboard service requirements.
