ph3JOB DESCRIPTION /h3pThe Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that materials, components, and processes meet established quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting inspections, documenting findings, and working closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues. This role involves conducting inspections, documenting findings, and working closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, knowledge of inspection methods, and a commitment to continuous improvement. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAssist in the development and implementation of quality control plans, inspection procedures, and standard operating procedures. /liliCollaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues. /liliDocument inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and procedures. /liliEnsure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company quality policies. /liliIdentify non-conforming materials or products and initiate corrective actions as needed. /liliParticipate in internal and external audits, as required. /liliPerform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. /liliRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. /liliUtilize a variety of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments. /li /ulh3Minimum Job Requirements /h3ulli2+ years of experience in quality inspection or quality assurance,



preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment. /liliAbility to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings. /liliBasic computer skills and experience with data entry or quality documentation systems. /liliDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills. /liliFamiliarity with quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001, ACI, ASME, or AWS (as applicable). /liliHigh school diploma or GED required, associate degree or technical certification in a related field preferred. /liliProficiency in using inspection tools and equipment. /liliStrong understanding of measurement and test equipment calibration. /li /ulpNote: Job Description is subject to change at any time and may include other duties as assigned. /ph3Physical Requirements /h3ulliAbility to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel-toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.) /liliMay reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis /liliMay stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis. /liliMay use telephone, computer system, email, or other electronic devices to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors. /liliMust be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures. /liliOccasionally will climb stairs, ladders, etc. /liliRequired to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis. /liliWill interact with people frequently during a shift/workday. /liliWill lift, push or pull objects up to 50Ibs on an occasional basis. /liliWill sit,
