ppWe are seeking an experienced bProject Manager /b to lead the execution of complex Oil Gas valve projects for international customers.
/p /brpThe successful candidate will be the primary owner of project execution, ensuring contractual commitments are fulfilled by customers, internal functions, and suppliers while maintaining full control of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Price (SQDCP) performance.
/p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliOwn the execution of customer contracts from handover to final delivery.
/li /brliEnsure contractual obligations are respected by all stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and suppliers.
/li /brliDrive strong SQDCP governance through effective processes, KPIs, accountability, and reporting.
/li /brliAnticipate project risks and initiate mitigation actions before they impact project performance.
/li /brliMonitor project KPIs and elevate issues whenever critical activities or milestones are at risk.
/li /brliAct as the main interface between customers and the organization throughout the project lifecycle.
/li /brliVisit customers, manufacturing sites, and suppliers as required, coordinating expediting activities when necessary.
/li /brliIdentify and manage change orders,



assessing impacts on Quality, Delivery, and Price, and ensuring timely customer decisions.
/li /brliLead regular customer reviews and provide clear monthly SQDCP project reports.
/li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliEngineering degree or equivalent technical background.
/li /brliNative English speaker (US or UK preferred).
/li /brliProven experience managing engineered products or industrial projects in the Oil Gas sector.
/li /brliStrong customer?facing, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.
/li /brliExperience with industrial valves, flow control equipment, or EPC projects is highly desirable.
/li /brliWillingness to travel internationally.

/p /brpCompensation: €35,000 – €45,000 gross per year, based on experience and qualifications.
