ph3Function /h3 h3Project Scope of Work /h3 pLocated proximity 20 km to the east of the Gulf line and approximately 12 km Southwest of the existing Safaniyah GOSP-1 facility, the objective of this Budget Item is to provide water supply from three (3) sources; the existing Safaniyah GOSP-1, the new Zuluf AH Central Processing Facility (CPF), and Jaladi aquifer water for the purpose of treatment and injection.
The facility will process 1,400MBCD of water for injection to cover the production forecast up to ****; to ultimately maintain the existing Safaniyah Field's Maximum Sustainable Capability (MSC).

/p h3Job Purpose /h3 pResponsible for reviewing vendor technical evaluation and deviation list from company standards for rotating equipment such as compressors, pumps and gas turbines.
/p h3Key Responsibilities and Duties /h3 ul liReview rotating equipment datasheets and supporting documentation.
/li liResponsible to participate in the technical clarification meeting with vendors.
/li liDesign and implement cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability and throughput.
/li liDevelop a project specification with colleagues, often including those from other engineering disciplines.
/li liDevelop, test and evaluate theoretical designs.
/li liDiscuss and solve complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers /li liManage projects using engineering principles and techniques.
/li liPlan and design new production processes.
/li liProduce details of specifications and outline designs.
/li liRecommend modifications following prototype test results.
/li liUse research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modeling and computer-aided design.
/li liConsider the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.
/li liMonitor and commission plant and systems.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pEducational Technical Requirements: /p ul liMinimum 20 or more years of experience i /li liLeading Pipeline discipline from detailed engineering to commissioning.
/li liDeveloping technical specification, purchase specification, datasheets, method statements.
/li liDeveloping non-metallic material specifications, datasheets, and procedures.
/li liGenerating drawings including route maps and alignment sheets using GIS data and survey maps.
/li liDesigning and engineering, pipeline right-of-way, trenching, trenchless crossing, HDD using Geotech surveys.
/li liPerforming technical assessment, qualification, and periodic audits of vendor facilities.
/li liLeading or having participated in specialized incident investigation and failure analysis of pipelines.
/li liWorking experience from design to construction of nonmetallic pipeline systems.
/li liAbility to assess technical, cost, and schedule impacts of engineering and field modification requests.
/li liPerform Management of Change (MOC) and construction risk management.
/li liDeep knowledge and understanding of API 5L pipe requirements.
/li liEngineering and executing pipeline internal liners such as HDPE or PE-RT.
/li liAnalytical lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
/li liConducting calculations for wall-thickness, hydrodynamic stability, expansion loop layout, and thermal buckling using finite element analysis (FEA) software suits.
/li liFlow assurance, modeling multiphase thermodynamic mixed fluids.
/li liComprehensive knowledge of ILI tools and Cathodic Protection systems.
/li liComprehensive knowledge of API 6A and API 6D valves.
/li liPerforming stress analysis, surge analysis for pipeline and piping.
/li liWorking knowledge of piping layout design and piping engineering including piping material specification development.
/li liAbility in reviewing piping engineering design of vendor packages, for standards compliance.
/li liFamiliar and experience with Aramco Standards, Practices and Procedures.
/li liDeep working knowledge of ASME B31.4, ASME B31.3, API-579.
