/p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a motivated hospitality enthusiast to join our Operations Team in Florence.
Reporting to our Hotel Operations Manager, you will work onsite, behind the scenes, ensuring our properties are in their best shape for our guests.
/p ul liConduct routine inspections of the rooms to ensure they are clean and fully stocked, and take immediate actions to correct any deficiencies /li liCollaborate with our Guest Experience team to track and address any complaints from guests /li liSupervise the overall activities of our housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness /li liKeep an eye on inventory levels so as to coordinate the delivery process of our external suppliers /li liRemain in close contact with our building maintenance staff to coordinate the fixing of any technical issues that may occur /li liHave an overview of all things happening at the property and troubleshoot any issues arising while keeping a cool head /li liHave a unique opportunity to assist us with the pre? post?opening of any new hospitality units as the need arises /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liFluent in English /li liFluent in Italian /li liStructured approach and high ownership /li liPrevious experience in the hospitality industry (preferably from a housekeeping, front office, guest relations, or operations?related role) /li /ul h3About Our Offer /h3 ul libEmpower your career: /b Thrive in a fast?paced, collaborative environment where your ideas help shape our future.
