/ppAs Administrative Accounting Officer 100%, you will be the central point of coordination between the Milan Branch, Vontobel's Finance Hub in Zurich, and external partners, ensuring the seamless delivery of accounting, financial administration, and regulatory activities.
Beyond accounting, you will contribute to the branch's day-to-day operations, supporting client onboarding, client lifecycle management, and reporting processes while working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

/ph3What would your role be /h3ullibAccounting Financial Coordination /bulliAct as the main point of contact for accounting-related matters between the Milan Branch, Vontobel Finance Hub in Zurich, and the external Italian accounting service provider /liliCoordinate and oversee the delivery of local accounting and financial administration activities performed by internal and external stakeholders /liliEnsure compliance with Italian accounting requirements and alignment with Vontobel's internal accounting policies and governance framework /liliCoordinate statutory reporting requirements, financial documentation, and audit-related matters with relevant internal and external parties /liliSupport the preparation and submission of required documentation for regulatory, tax, and audit purposes /liliMonitor the quality, completeness, and timeliness of accounting-related deliverables provided by external service providers /li /ul /lilibBranch Operations Support /bulliSupport the operational setup and day-to-day administration of the Milan Branch /liliCoordinate client onboarding, lifecycle management, documentation, and reporting activities with relevant stakeholders and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements /liliManage administrative processes, including invoices, expenses, vendors, and documentation /li /ul /lilibRegulatory Local Authority Coordination /bulliSupport relations with Italian authorities and external stakeholders /liliCoordinate responses to regulatory, audit,

/h3ulliUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
/lili8+ years of experience in banking, financial services, accounting coordination, operations, or another regulated environment, including audit experience (ideally 5 years).
/liliStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial administration, banking operations, and administrative processes.
/liliGood understanding of Italian accounting and regulatory requirements; familiarity with client onboarding, KYC/AML, and regulatory documentation is an advantage.
/liliExperience working with external service providers and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
/liliExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
/liliStructured, reliable, and solution-oriented professional with a high level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking systems.
/liliFluency in Italian and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
