/ph3WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US /h3pFor Testing Services department, we are hiring a Lead Testing Services Consultant who is a highly skilled professional in areas of testing engineering, consulting, and operation of SaaS solutions with fucus on continuous testing, efficiency, test automation and innovations to ensure reliable service delivery to SimCorp clients.
You will have a great opportunity to use your test expertise to contribute globally to delivery, development and optimization of our services (Continuous Testing and Conventional Upgrade).
To be effective in this role, the Lead Testing Services Consultant should possess leadership skills, encourage and promote continuous learning and improvement practices based on Agile Lean methodology and DevOps practices, employ creative and innovative approaches in testing with AI applications, and collaborate with local and global teams within SimCorp.
/ph3WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR /h3ulliLead testing activities for implementation or upgrade projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and reporting at the team level.
/liliWork with clients to coordinate test cycles, align expectations, and drive success in project delivery.
/liliPerform in-depth test analysis and design, ensuring coverage for complex business workflows.
/liliLead cross-unit collaboration at SimCorp to reduce delivery dependencies and resolve impediments.
/liliOwn deviation management from identification through closure, ensuring high quality of defect reporting.
/liliLead regular client meetings, guiding them through the full testing lifecycle.
/liliMentor team members, contribute to CoPs, and support continuous development of capability across teams.
/liliDrive knowledge transfer activities, structured training, and cross-team collaboration.

We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest: /pulliSolid understanding of enterprise-level software delivery, SDLC STLC, and testing quality governance.
/lili5+ years of experience in testing, business analysis, or consulting roles on complex/financial systems.
/liliExtensive experience applying Agile frameworks at a project team level.
/liliExperience working in the financial domain, including delivery of testing or consulting activities for financial institutions or enterprise financial platforms.
/liliExperience of working with SimCorp Dimension is highly beneficial.
/liliExperience coordinating testing activities across multiple stakeholders.
/liliAbility to support and promote automation, efficiency and adoption of AI strategy within the team.
/liliProficient SQL and data analysis expertise.
/liliISTQB or other relevant qualifications.
/liliUpper-intermediate English or above.
/liliMethodological approach and a solution-focused attitude.
/liliAbility to work with minimal supervision as well as in cross-functional teams.
