/p pAs part of Regeneron's International Oncology organisation and Italy Oncology Team, you will support brand marketing activities for currently commercialised indications and future launches.
Working with cross-functional and cross-regional partners, you will help develop and execute the local country brand plan and deliver customer-focused marketing activities across Italy.

/p pbDiscover your role /b /p ul lipSupport the local country brand planning process by analysing the competitive landscape and identifying key promotional opportunities.
/p /li lipDevelop customer-focused, differentiated messages for key target audiences.
/p /li lipPartner with Medical Affairs to create and agree an aligned brand strategy.
/p /li lipCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities within the local country brand plan.
/p /li lipAnalyse brand performance drivers and barriers, including market dynamics and competitive actions, and propose actions to address opportunities or risks.
/p /li lipDevelop and execute external stakeholder engagement plans, including national congresses and healthcare professional meetings.
/p /li lipCreate local promotional materials aligned with local and global brand plans for use by the sales team and through digital channels.
/p /li lipYou manage priorities effectively, act with initiative and creativity,
and maintain high ethical and compliance standards.
/p /li /ul pbThis role requires /b /p ul lipA bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific discipline.
/p /li lipAt least three years of biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing experience.
/p /li lipExperience managing agencies and suppliers.
/p /li lipWorking knowledge of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations relating to promotional activities.
/p /li lipExcellent written and spoken Italian and English, with strong planning, prioritisation, communication and presentation skills.
/p /li lipWillingness to travel as required, approximately *****%, including some weekends for conferences and meetings.
/p /li /ul pOncology marketing and launch experience are preferred.
