ph3Responsibilities /h3pThe Governance, Controls and Compliance Risk Assessment Office has two primary missions.
The Office is responsible for identifying, assessing and managing compliance risk through the implementation of the Bank's "graduated compliance model", in accordance with applicable national regulations and the Parent Company's policies.
In addition, it performs all activities falling within its remit as the local CPLE/CTL function.
Positioned as a second line of defense within the Bank's internal control framework, CPLE/CTL performs regular review and testing of controls and processes related to sanctions compliance risk inherent to SG Group activities.
CPLE/CTL tests global compliance with sanctions policies and procedures to assess if sanctions controls are properly designed and operating effectively to mitigate sanctions risks.
Following its testing, CPLE/CTL publishes reports outlining its findings and tracks any issues or corrective actions arising from testing.
/ppThe main responsibilities of the SGSS S.p.A. CPLE/CTL team include: /pullidefining the annual second-level control plan; /liliperforming level 2 permanent controls in accordance with the annual plan and the applicable methodological guidelines, covering SGSS S.p.A.'s activities.
/li /ulpThe Office is also responsible for providing advisory support to other corporate functions and for carrying out specific verification activities, in particular with respect to: /pullicompliance governance and conflicts of interest; /lilithe modalities for the provision of investment services and the performance of investment activities, limited to those for which SGSS S.p.A. has obtained the relevant authorisations or acknowledgements from the Bank of Italy and which qualify as ancillary to "Securities Services".
/li /ulpDuring your VIE mission you will be in charge of these responsibilities: /pullicollect, review and critically analyse information from different sources, including legal, regulatory and internal procedural documentation.
/lilisupport senior team members in the execution and review of second-level controls and compliance testing activities, aimed at identifying potential non-compliance issues and control weaknesses.
/lilicontribute to the day-to-day operation of local CPLE governance processes.
/lilisupport the application of the Bank's "graduated compliance model", in line with the role's scope and the candidate's level of experience and competencies.
/li /ulpA questionnaire will be provided to you in order to check your VIE (Société Générale and Business France) eligibility.

with a proactive approach to professional development /ppCollaborative and proactive team player, able to contribute effectively in a structured and multi-disciplinary environment /ppHighly adaptable, well-organised, motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously /ph3The VIE assignment in a nutshell /h3pThis VIE in Milan is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment.
It will last 12 months.
/ppThe VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.
