/p pTo support our continued growth, we are looking for a bSenior Luxury Experience Designer /b to join our fast-paced, international, and newly established office in Chiasso.
/p h3You Will /h3 ul liManage and coordinate luxury travel requests from A to Z, taking full ownership and reporting directly to the Team Leader /li liOversee complete itineraries, including ground operations, hotels, villas, logistics, and exclusive experiences across Italy and Switzerland /li liCommunicate daily with luxury suppliers, travel agencies, and international experienced advisors /li liDesign and deliver tailor-made itineraries and proposals for elite clientele /li liBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure total satisfaction and repeat business /li liUse BeConcierge CRM to create, manage, and track bookings and performance /li liApply strategic sales techniques to close deals, optimize margins,
and exceed performance objectives /li liCollaborate closely with the team to resolve client requests and challenges efficiently, discreetly, and at the highest service standards /li liGather, analyze, and report client feedback to continuously elevate service quality /li liLead, guide, and supervise assistant bookers, supporting their development and performance /li /ul h3You Are /h3 ul liFluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage /li liHighly passionate about luxury travel, lifestyle, and premium service delivery /li liProven experience in the travel or hospitality industry, ideally within: travel agencies or tour operators, concierge companies or luxury hotels, wedding or event planning, family offices or luxury sales environments /li liBased in or around Chiasso (this is a fully in-office position) /li liHighly detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment /li liConfident with pricing, costing, and financial calculations /li liProactive, polished, and strongly client-focused /li liMotivated, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership in a high-performance environment /li /ul h3We Offer /h3 ul liA starting salary from CHF 43,500 gross per year, plus attractive performance-based incentives /li liCompany-provided MacBook and iPhone /li liA senior position within a leading international B2B luxury travel brand /li liA dynamic, multicultural team of experienced travel professionals /li liAn inspiring work environment in the heart of Chiasso /li liContinuous learning, innovation, and the opportunity to shape exceptional client experiences /li liReal opportunities for professional growth and leadership /li /ul h3Location Requirement /h3 pCandidates must already reside in the surrounding area.
