pMandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina is preparing a premier alpine resort and seeks a Baker Chef to lead bread, viennoiserie and bakery production.
You will work under the Head Pastry Chef to ensure exceptional quality, presentation and consistency across the resort.
/ppThe role requires expertise in bread making, fermentation, sourdough, and professional baking.
Pre-opening experience and strong production planning are highly valued.
English or Italian proficiency is expected.
