/b /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliExecuting non-event activities at assigned installation /liliParticipate in weekly Site Lead meetings /liliExecute quality management activities at assigned installation and across the program /liliDeliver onsite activities and execute post-event data collection activities /liliTravel may be included /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3ulliUnderstand and apply adult learning theories /liliUnderstanding of transitioning Service member populations /liliExperience using Microsoft Office suite of tools /liliStrong customer management and support skills /liliExperience delivering interactive workshops and training to live audiences /li /ulh3Required Experience /h3ulliBachelor's degree or 3 years' equivalent work/military experience /liliPreferred emphasis in Training, Education, Career Counseling, or HR /liliAppropriate certifications /li /ulh3Preferred Skills /h3ulliUnderstanding of VA benefits programs /liliKnowledge of the military and experience working with military clients /liliUnderstanding of current veteran issues and challenges pre- and post- transitions /li /ulpCALIBRE and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer and supports transitioning service members, veterans and individuals with disabilities.
