ph3Business Manager – Bologna (TMC) /h3 pWe are hiring a Business Manager in Bologna to lead business development, manage client relationships, and coordinate consultants, driving value and sustainable growth for the business unit.
/p h3About This Vacancy /h3 pThe Business Manager will be responsible for developing their own Business Unit, managing business development activities, client relationships, and consultant coordination.
They will actively participate in the recruitment process, oversee the career path of the team, and be accountable for the PL of the Unit.
We are seeking a dynamic, results?oriented professional capable of creating value and fostering sustainable growth for the business unit.
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liBusiness development and acquisition of new clients /li liManagement and retention of the existing client portfolio /li liSelection, onboarding,
