As part of a global organization, the company is investing in strategic transformation initiatives and is seeking a Project Manager to drive cross‑functional projects, support strategy execution, and facilitate organizational change within a dynamic international environment.
Strategic Execution Starts with You
- Drive selected cross‑functional transformation projects that support the execution of the Diagnostics strategy.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured project plans, milestones, deliverables, and clear governance.
- Prepare decision material, progress updates, and recommendations that help leaders make timely and informed decisions.
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder dialogues to create alignment and drive progress.
- Support change management efforts related to strategic initiatives, new ways of working,
and organizational transformation.
Competenze ed esperienza
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in international business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a global organization, managing cross‑functional projects.
- Strong project management skills, experience in strategy execution, and a practical understanding of transformation and change management.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership and large audiences.
- Structured thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Experience in change management and working in matrixed environments.
- Collaborative, inclusive approach with organizational awareness.
- Ability to structure projects, processes, and ways of working that support strategic execution and implemented change.
- A skilled facilitator with an inclusive and collaborative mindset.
- High level of organizational awareness and experienced in building business acumen.
