Position Overview
Manager, Talent Acquisition – Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa (MGM Resorts International). Lead recruiting strategy and delivery for the property and assigned client groups, partnering with senior leaders to attract top talent across operations, leadership, and corporate functions while delivering a best‑in‑class candidate and hiring‑manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive implementation of a result‑oriented comprehensive talent acquisition plan aligned with the strategic vision of MGM Resorts International Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for Director‑level roles within assigned client groups.
- Coach and mentor a team of TA Partners and Employment Specialists to ensure SLAs and SOPs are met, delivering best‑in‑class recruitment service.
- Provide dashboard reporting on team performance weekly to TA and Borgata Leadership.
- Build trust with business leadership to be recognized as a strategic partner and gain insights on operations with clear understanding of the property’s needs and priorities.
- Lead operational processes within Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless flow, quality customer service, legal compliance, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Lead Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, creating and maintaining timetables, managing deadlines and resources, and working with creativity and latitude with minimal supervision.
- Deliver an exceptional hiring and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5+ years of prior recruitment/staffing experience involving candidate selection and client management.
- 1+ year of prior experience executing multi‑classification hiring events (preferred).
- 1+ year of prior experience attending community/university hiring events and tabling (preferred).

Pay Range
$78,800.00 – $105,000.00 (estimates may vary by location). Eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
