/li /brliCreate, edit, and publish engaging content for internal communication channels, including intranet articles, newsletters, emails, and employee social platforms.
/li /brliManage and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and relevant.
/li /brliCoordinate global communication campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building programs.
/li /brliPrepare communication materials for leadership, including presentations, speaking notes, key messages, and event-related content.
/li /brliPartner with stakeholders across business functions, product groups, and regions to gather information and align messaging.
/li /brliSupport communication activities related to town halls, leadership meetings, and internal events.
/li /brliMonitor communication performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
/li /brliMaintain communication templates, toolkits, and content repositories to ensure consistency and efficiency.
/li /brliLeverage Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools to enhance communication processes, collaboration, and employee engagement.
/li /br /ul /brh3Your Background /h3 /brul /brliMinimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
/li /brliBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
/li /brliNative or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
/li /brliStrong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a focus on audience-centered communication.
/li /brliExperience working with internal communication platforms such as intranet systems, Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools.
/li /brliExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
/li /brliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and a strong interest in AI and automation tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
/li /brliAnalytical mindset with the ability to track engagement metrics, interpret data, and recommend improvements to communication effectiveness.
